Data Removal

Business Card Tap stores your data only on your own device. We operate no accounts and no servers that hold user data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

How to remove your data

1. Delete individual cards: open the Cards tab, tap ✕ on a card.
2. Remove everything: uninstall the app (or clear its storage in Android Settings → Apps → Business Card Tap → Storage → Clear data). This permanently erases all cards and settings.

What about shared cards?

If you shared your card with someone via NFC or QR, that copy lives on their device (typically in their contacts app) and is under their control — deleting the app does not recall previously shared cards.

Advertising data

Ad-related identifiers are handled by Google AdMob, not by us. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
