Welcome to Business Card Tap. By downloading, installing, or using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Business Card Tap is a digital business card app that lets you store your own contact details on your device and share them with nearby phones via NFC card emulation (tap-to-share) or via an on-screen QR code.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Business Card Tap for your own personal and professional networking purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

3. Your content

The contact details you enter are provided by you and remain yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you choose to share. Do not enter or share information about another person without their permission. If you add a logo, you confirm you have the right to use it.

4. Sharing

When you use tap-to-share, show your QR code, or export a QR poster, you are voluntarily transmitting your card. Once shared, the recipient controls their copy of your details; we cannot recall information you have shared.

5. Offline operation

Business Card Tap works without an account and stores your data only on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your cards are deleted and cannot be recovered by us.

6. Free version and Business Card Tap Pro

The app contains no advertising. The free version is complete and has no time limit: you can build one card and share it by tap or QR for as long as you like.

Business Card Tap Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds unlimited card profiles, extra card fields, printable QR posters and card branding. It is offered at 3.99 USD per week, 9.99 USD per month or 39.99 USD per year, each starting with a 3-day free trial. Your local price is shown in Google Play before you confirm.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account on confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play. Purchases, renewals and refunds are handled entirely by Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policies.

7. Device requirements

Tap-to-share requires an Android device with NFC hardware and NFC enabled. QR sharing works on any device with a screen. We do not guarantee compatibility with every receiving device.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Business Card Tap to impersonate others, distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, or interfere with the app's operation.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including consequences of sharing your contact details.

10. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
